  • Aritsts who need to pick up non-selected Artwork... Thursday, May 9, from Noon to 5 pm, Friday, May 10, from 4 to 9 pm, and Saturday, May 11, from 10 am until 2 pm.

  •  Pick up entries at the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts at 2 Fulton West. Use the Commerce Avenue parking entrance and follow the signs. You will receive a parking voucher when you pick up your entries 

 

The festival 2013 Regional Arts Competition and Exhibition is being underwritten by the Daniel & Pamella DeVos Foundation.


The Exhibition will be open to the public May 31 through August 18, 2013

Opening Reception - May 31, 5:00 to 8:30 pm

The Opening and Closing Receptions are underwritten by: Sue Oberlin Conway, Daniel D. DeWitt, Jeffrey A. Ott, Richard A. Roane, and Stephen C. Waterbury with matching support from Warner Norcross & Judd LLP, LaFontsee Galleries, and UICA

festival 2013 Weekend Hours

Friday, June 7, 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday, June 8, 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sunday, June 9, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm

The festival exhibition will be open during UICA's regular hours through August 18.

Closing Reception:

Sunday, August 18 4:00 to 5:00 pm (Artists and purchasers will be able to remove their works from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.)

We have a great venue this year

festival 2013 is moving the Regional Arts Competition and Exhibition into a new home this year. We were given a wonderful opportunity to showcase regional arts in one of the premire art spaces in Grand Rapids, the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts.
