Say hello to the Festival 2011 Co-Chairs

Congratulations to the Co-Chairs of Festival 2011 - Joanne Bailey-Boorsma and Alex Castro!

Joanne has chaired the Festival Literary Arts Awards through her position as editor of On The Town magazine. Alex has co-chaired many Festival committees, including Food and Balloons.

Being Co-Chair means dedicating three years to this amazing event, as administrative assistants, as Co-Chairs, and as advisors. Most Co-Chairs have more than 10 years of Festival experience.
