I Love This Festival!

Welcome to Festival, and the Festival website. Be sure to make plans to visit Festival of the Arts in downtown Grand Rapids, June 3, 4 and 5, 2011!

Why do we love this Festival? It's simple: Festival is the only arts event in West Michigan that really brings it all together: Performers, activities, food, family, and fun - all packed into a spectacular three-day weekend in June. We're so proud to be a part of this annual summer kick-off in West Michigan.

Every one of us is a volunteer - another Festival exclusive. We're all working hard to make Festival 2011 a truly memorable event for you and your family. If you'd like to be part of the Festival family of volunteers, we'd love to have you. Just click on Get Involved  at the top of the page. Or call us on the Festival hotline, 616-459-1300.

And of course, we're always looking for new talent as well. Applications are available right now for Festival performers - bands, musicians, singers, dancers, actors - you get the idea. Deadline for performance applications is January 31, 2011.  And if your nonprofit organization wants to run a food booth at Festival, applications are also available right now - food booth application deadline is November 30, 2011. All applications can be found by clicking Applications at the top of the page.

One more thing: Festival relies on community support for its very existence. We’re a nonprofit organization, so if you’d like to donate to Festival, please click Get Involved at the top of the page. A great big, West Michigan-size THANK YOU goes out to all the donors who make Festival possible.
